Tea is one of the most consumed beverages around the world. It provides many ways to enjoy it, whether boiling hot with milk and sugar, as in the West, or made with milk as in some Asian destinations. Of late, ice-cold tea has become increasingly popular.

Part of its popularity is explained by being able to purchase and try so many of its different varieties in cafes that attract a growing audience. Its polyphenols can be as effective as some alternative forms of medication, according to some experts. Tea can also improve gut health and prevent conditions that can cause great discomfort, while also working as a natural laxative in some cases.

The world is faster-paced than ever before with individuals often being put under greater pressure at work. Even when playing sports, there is a greater demand for success. Stress and anxiety can lead to sleep deprivation and other negative issues.
